How long do I have access to the course?
You will be provided a total of 30 days access to the course from the time you make payment. The subscription will lapse after 30 days. If you wish to extend your subscription, please re-purchase the package or email us at contact@ikompass.com to sign up. You can access the course anytime, anywhere as long as you are connected to the internet.

How long after making payment will I be able to access the course?
Individuals can have access to the course within 12 hours from payment. An email will be sent to you along with login details. In most cases, we set up your account details within a couple of hours, however, due to time zone differences; it could take up to 12 hours for you to receive an email with the login information.

How does the enrollment work if I purchase multiple licenses?
You will need to send us the list of students and we will create unique user names and passwords after which the individuals have access to the course for 120 days.

Do I get regular reports about the progress of the individuals?
We send detailed reports to a designated person from your organization on the progress of the individuals. The designated person is usually the training coordinator or department manager. The progress report will contain information on the number of modules completed by an individual.

What support will the group of individuals receive?
Unlimited email support. Every group of individuals will be assigned a named PMP® instructor. Individuals in a batch can contact the instructor through email for assistance in specific areas for support. Our response time for queries on the subject matter is 24 hours.

Yes. This service is only for 41 licenses and above. Individuals can schedule time-slots for a telephone interaction with their named instructor. This would be a one-to-one session between the instructor and the individual. The time slots would depend on the individual's availability and the instructor's availability.

Yes. However, this option is only available for 100 licenses and above. The course is created using a SCORM 1.2 authoring tool and can easily play on any SCORM compliant LMS. What is covered in the class-room training?
The class-room training covers a comprehensive review of the PMBOK® Guide covering all the chapters in depth. Real case studies and examples from various industries will be used to complement the learning. Quizzes and exercises will be given at specific points during the training to make it engaging and interesting. The class will involve complete immersion and involvement both from the instructors and the participants. Right from the start, you're getting accustomed to the PMP ® exam environment, and in a team atmosphere. You will learn the skills to answer all the questions, and perform tests under time pressure.

Do take note of the matters to prepare for on-site training:
- The class-room has to be large enough for all the participants (up to 15)
- Movable chairs, one for each participant and trainer
- We need to be able to use classroom walls to hang posters and other work material.

-LCD-projector
-Wall clock
-Tables for training material
As the course requires the full attention of the trainer during the day, it would be beneficial to have a person to turn to in case assistance is needed regarding classroom arrangements, the breaks, telephone messages to the participants etc.
Experience has proved that approximately 2-3 hours (total) on the day prior to the course and during the course is required for these kinds of matters.

What are the qualifications of the instructors?
All our instructors are PMP® certified and degree holders. Other certifications include the PgMP® certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL etc,. To complement the training with human skills and sound pedagogy, instructors have counseling certificates in addition to being PMP® certified. Our instructors come with experience gained in projects delivered in companies like Microsoft, Hewlett Packard etc.

What support will I receive before and after the classroom sessions?
You will receive guidance for your application process. However, the application has to be completed by the participant online at www.pmi.org. You will receive access to the e-PREP (Online) course for a period of 1 month from the date you make payment for the class-room training. After the class-room training, you will receive unlimited email support for 1 month. One to one with the instructors after the class-room training can be arranged based on instructor availability. Face to face sessions with the instructors can be arranged based on geographical location and availability.

How soon after the classroom training can I take the actual exam?
You can take the exam immediately after completion of the class-room training. However, this would depend on your readiness and confidence both of which will be discussed on the final day of the class-room training. We encourage our participants to take the exam within 2 weeks from the finish of the class-room training. You will need to schedule the exam by yourself based on availability of slots at the prometric centers where the exam is administered.

We limit our class-room size to a maximum of 15 participants. This is to ensure that each participant receives maximum benefits from the instructors and each other.

What materials will I receive for the class?
You will have access to the e-PREP (online) course for 1 month to review all the concepts. When you arrive for class, you will also receive the course material in the form of a compendium. You will be required to bring along your own copy of the PMBOK ® Guide 4th Edition.

How will the free e-PREP course help?
The e-PREP course will help to review concepts even after the class-room training. This can be accessed anytime and anywhere for 1 month. You should use the e-PREP course as a refresher tool to aid in your preparation for the exam. The course also has 100 test questions with detailed explanations for each answer choice which will prepare you on PMI's way of testing.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
You can cancel your class for a full refund if you do not access the course material including the e-PREP (online) and the cancellation is done 30 days before the course start date. A $200.00 (SGD) fee will apply if you cancel a class within 30 days of the course start date. If you choose to cancel the class once you have accessed the online e-PREP, a (SGD) $550.00 fee will be deducted from your original class price before the balance is refunded to you. We commit significant resources in preparing our class for each and every participant and hence once a participant has started their class, we cannot offer a refund. If a student needs to switch class to another date, change requests 15 days or later from the currently scheduled class will be allowed at a $200.00 (SGD) fee.
